How do I add family members?
After subscribing to Enterprise, go to your dashboard Settings > Family Plan. Click "Invite Member," enter their email address, and they'll receive an invitation link. They create their own account and are automatically added to your family plan.
Can family members see each other's data?
No. Each member has their own private dashboard with their own login credentials. Family members cannot view each other's scan results, removal progress, or personal information. The plan owner can see who is on the plan but not their privacy data.
What happens if a family member leaves?
You can remove members anytime from your admin panel in Settings > Family Plan. Their account reverts to a free plan, and any in-progress removals will continue to completion. They keep their account but lose Enterprise features.
Do all members get the same features?
Yes, every family member gets full Enterprise features including unlimited scans, automated removal, CCPA/GDPR requests, dark web monitoring, re-listing detection, and monthly privacy reports.
Can I add my elderly parents who aren't tech-savvy?
Yes. You can set up their profile initially with their personal information (name, addresses, phone numbers). Once their account is created, scans and removals run automatically — they don't need to do anything unless they want to check their dashboard.
Is there a family-only plan without my own profile?
The family plan is part of Enterprise, which includes your own profile plus up to 5 additional family members. There is no family-only option — your profile is always included and protected.
Can family members be in different states?
Yes, family members can be anywhere in the US. Each member's removals are handled based on their own location, and we leverage the strongest applicable privacy laws (CCPA, state laws, GDPR for those with EU connections) for each individual.
What ages qualify as family members?
Any age. Children under 13 require parental setup per COPPA regulations — a parent or guardian must create and manage the child's profile. Teenagers 13 and older can manage their own dashboard with parental oversight.
